Soludo congratulates and commiserates with newly formed Anambra Exco

Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra state yesterday congratulated and commiserated the newly appointed members of his Executive Council saying that Solution 2.0 is not a tea party.

It would be recalled that 14 persons were appointed into respective portfolios which saw the emergence of the first female Secretary to the State Government SSG of Anambra state Mrs Chiamaka Nnake as well as a new Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of the state .

Soludo also announced that before the end of this week more appointments would be made to complete the list of his cabinet members.

The State House of Assembly had yesterday approved the governor's appointment of 16 Special Advisers and also approved the appointment of two Commissioners who were sworn in this Wednesday.

Addressing the appointees shortly after they had been sworn in Soludo said ; 

"I welcome you to the Solution 2.0 team and all that I can say is that I congratulate and commiserate with you all over your appointment"

"You have great responsibilities resting on your shoulders with the estimated   9 billion of Anambra people and we have about 10, something billion of Anambra people outside the state "

"So the task before you all is the interest and welfare of almost 20 billion Anambra people and it beholve on you all to carry them along as team "

Soludo also reminded them the weight of responsibilities resting on their shoulders urging them to see themselves as a team in order to achieve optimal results.

"This is something beyond your individual tasks but the collective well-being of Ndi Anambra"

"Each day I know you would carry the weight of the affairs of our people and this is the task before you all"

"The weight and task of Anambra people is beyond you and beyond your personal interests and this is a team work and if you choose to work individually the team will fail but as a team the team will win "

"I comissirate with you all because you are a team that is to be paid to serve this 20 billion people and there would be sacrifices there will be risks and all I see is the work and I know in Nigeria when people get appointment it seen as to come and chop but here;  I see the work "

Last Monday Soludo had a meeting with the Solution Team 1.0 including those who left a year or two years after to thank them all and gave them certificates of commendation.

Speaking on the Solution Team 2.0 Soludo explained that; 

"This is a team known as Solution 2.0 and it is about team work and in a football match we have one ball and eleven players and the team has on goal and that is to win and white doing that the team also makes sure that the ball doesn't enter into the net of the team"

"It is about value and when you as a member of the team sees value addition or provision into the work the team would surely excell"he said.

Speaking shortly after the occasion the new Secretary to the State Government SSG Mrs Chiamaka Nnake promised that the dream and vision of Dubai /Taiwan Silicone Valley would be a reality.

Nnake noted that the appointees would work as a team towards actualizing the high expectations and responsibilities reposed on them .
