Cultists Kill, Behead Rival Member Inside Awka Market Persons suspected to be cultists on Wednesday morning, killed a member of a rival cult, inside Eke Awka market, in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State. The incident happened in the morning as traders were opening their shops for the days business, a source said. The source said the slain man identified as Amobi Anagor ( Igwe Omeli), was a notorious cultist, who was always used by the leadership of the market to collect toll. “He was hacked down in the market, around 7am. He sighted members of the rival cult, and made efforts to escape and also alert his gang members, but he was not lucky. "His head was cut off, including his manhood, and his assailants took them away, leaving the trunk lying inside a line in the market. “His real name is Amobi.  CP Adeoye extends hands of partnership to FRSC on traffic management, others.. Anambra Commissioner of Police, CP Aderemi Adeoye has soughted for collaboration with the  the Federal Road Safety Corps RS5.3 Anambra State sector Command. CP Adeoye revealed his intentions When he paid a courtesy call to Anambra Sector Commander Adeoye Irelewuyi He listed the areas where Police Command would want to partner with FRSC to include traffic management, prosecution of traffic offenders, joint operations among others. In the same vain, the commissioner of police  also visited the *National Vehicle Identification Scheme* (NVIS) Plant, Awka where Vehicle Number Plates are produced. He was presented with a ceremonial number Plate. The ceremonial plate  number which  read *_”CP ADEOYE"_*was presented to him by the by the Sector Commander.   Anambra Lawmaker Resumes Duty as a Teacher At The member representing Awka South 1 State Constituency, Anambra State, Honourable Henry Mbachu has resumed duty as a secondary school Physics teacher in Igwebuike grammar School, Awka. This came about after an oversight visit by Honourable Mbachu to Igwebuike Grammar School on the 27th of June 2023 and having taught in the Institution as a Physics Teacher at the beginning of his career, the Lawmaker wrote to the Commissioner of Education to be a volunteer teacher of Physics in the great citadel of learning that has produced giants. The Commissioner for Education who was pleased with the determination of Honourable Nigeria Henry Mbachu to teach school children, and his quest for academic excellence assented  to the request and gave approval on the 13th of July 2023. The Lawmaker appreciated the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR, for the successful recruitment of 5000 teachers to improve the workforce
