Labour Party Members in Otuocha Ward Collapse Structure, Backs Sir Paul Chukwuma

As the November gubernatorial polls draws nearer, the Otuocha Ward, Umueri Ward 1 and Umueri Ward 2 chapters of the Labour Party of Anambra East on Monday, collapsed into the YPP for the forthcoming Governorship Election in the state in support of Sir Paul Chukwuma Governorship Ambition.


Led by its Labour Party Ward Chairmen of the three wards and State Financial Secretary of Labour Party in the state, Hon Chibuzo Chyboz, the Labour Party Ward Executives in the three wards of Anambra East underscored the need for all Sons and daughters of Umueri and Omambala to support the Governorship bid of Sir Paul Chukwuma (Onwa Umueri). 


Speaking while handing over the party structure to the YPP Governorship Candidate and the three ward Chairmen described Sir Paul Chukwuma as a true Son of the soil, a great son of Omambala and most qualified and educated who is in a better position to fix Anambra State at this critical time. 


According to the Ward Chairmen in the three wards, they have handed over Labour Party structure and flag of existence in the three wards to Sir Paul Chukwuma and YPP because in Sir Paul Chukwuma, they see capacity, brilliance and competence, adding that the YPP governorship candidate is the right person they can partner with for the state’s transformation.


Also, The State Financial Secretary of Labour Party, Hon Chibuzo Chyboz said they have the conviction to collapse structure for Sir Paul Chukwuma and not because of any monetary induction or personal aggrandizement.


YPP faithful in the area and the Sir Paul Chukwuma Campaign Organisation believe the new development will boost the chances of YPP at the poll in November 8.

  IPOB Suspends Sit At Home. The Indegeous People Of Biafra IPOB yesterday made a change of heart by suspending the proposed Sit At Home Order billed to commence on the fifth of November. Recall that the Director of Publicity for the body had earlier announced that it would commence a Sit At Home strike on the fifth of this month if it's leader Mazi Nnamd Kanu is not released unconditionally on the fourth of November.   Anambra Tribunal Strikes Out Maduka Petition. Four More May Withdraw. As Soludo , Uba Set To Inspect Materials . NKIRU NWAGBO. The Anambra governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Awka today stuck out the petition filed by the candidate of Accord party Dr Godwin Maduka. Similarly there indications that four more petitioners may withdraw their petitions against the victory if the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA following alleged internal challenges that has to do with the discrepancies between the political parties and their respective candidates.
