The Afamation Movement Worldwide have clearly stated that the present administration of Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo in Anambra state has scored above average thus, the need to re-elect him for a second tenure.


They made the resolution on Wednesday, 24th September, 2025 during the group stakeholders' meeting held at Lorgart Hills Hotel, Ekwulobia where after much deliberation chose Soludo as their preferred candidate for come November 8th gubernatorial election in the state.


Speaking shortly after the deliberations the National Leader, Hon Afamefuna Ezenwafor the Movement have agreed to join hands to support Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo as it is better to reinforce success rather than failure. "Afamation Movement proudly endorses Prof. Charles Soludo for a second term as Governor of Anambra State. His administration has demonstrated outstanding leadership and impacts across all facets of governance, particularly in infrastructural development, education, healthcare, cutting down the cost of governance, youth inclusiveness, and empowerment".


Hon Ezenwafor noted that since assuming office, "Prof. Soludo has recorded remarkable achievements that have transformed the socio-economic landscape of Anambra". "His dedication to inclusive governance, strategic policy implementation, and sustainable development reflects a clear vision for a greater Anambra".


He stressed that supporting Prof. Soludo for a second term is not just about continuity—it is about reinforcing and sustaining the success, growth, and development that his leadership has brought to the state. "We believe that his re-election will ensure that Anambra continues on the path of progress and prosperity. Afamation Movement stands firmly behind Prof. Charles Soludo as the best candidate to lead Anambra into a fruitful and prosperous future.


Corroborating, Coordinator Afamation movement, Comrade Uche Azike disclosed that the Afamation movement unanimously adopted Professor Charles  Chukwuma Soludo as the preferred candidate for the November 8th election. "We are solidly behind him because of his performances. There is no community in Anambra today that has not recorded tangible projects from Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo. He is a leader in deed and an indefatigable one. That is why we are gathered today to adopt him as our preferred candidate". 


Comrade Azike, however, pleaded with members of the Afamation Movement to key into the programme to support the erudite professor for his second term bid so he can accomplish the good works he started. "We don't want to record any abandoned projects in Anambra state. We want to see him complete these projects projects Anambra to the world," he stated.


Filing questions from newsmen on the political differences and ideology of the members, the 

Director General Afamation Charity Foundation and Director of Strategy and Research of Afamation Movement, Comrade Nnamdi Okeke maintained that Afamation is a movement with different socio-political members but has a unique core value and objective which is good governance and promoting the welfare of members. "We have assessed the performance of the Governor and scored it high, there is no division against it, we are looking at our vision and the result we arrived at has given us the boldness to support him. So I encourage all members and Ndi Anambra to come out en masse and re-elect Governor Soludo," he disclosed.

  Anambra Tribunal Strikes Out Maduka Petition. Four More May Withdraw. As Soludo , Uba Set To Inspect Materials . NKIRU NWAGBO. The Anambra governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Awka today stuck out the petition filed by the candidate of Accord party Dr Godwin Maduka.
