The All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA has warned that any attempt to rig the November governoship election in Anambra state would result in a trouble of immeasurable proportion.


The party further alleged that those that executed mayhem that led to the burning of public property have come to govern a state they had destroyed.


According to the former National chairman of APGA Sen Victor and the member representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency Chief Chinedu Obidigwe at the flag off of the party's gubernatorial election campaign;


We know their plans and it will not work and these are people that burnt Anambra state and kidnapped a sitting governor and after years when APGA has rebuilt the state they now want to be governor.


We shall see the result sheets and we shall follow the materials from the Central Bank to all the polling units in the state and also follow the results to the collation center until the results are announced.


Also speaking  the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA Prof Charles Soludo said that he is not going to learn on the job adding that he would leverage on the existing foundation so far made and do more .


My manifestoe us hinged on five point agenda of leave invest learn work and relax and my administration would produce 1,000 millionaires and creat 13, million jobs every year while in office as governor.


Gov Willie Obiano announced that his choice of Soludo as his successor was as a result of his track records of achievements in the public service adding that he is the most qualified for the job.


Obiano noted that the signature projects that he executed were done without borrowing money adding that the 12,000 sitting capacity of the International conference Center and the Anambra sports stadium would be ready before the election as well as the launching of Anambra Bombers and Anambra Babes football clubs for men and women.


He urged Anambra people not to be decieved by the story that some people have come to take over Anambra state as accordingl to him they will not succeed.

A total of 17 Buildings have so far been marked for demolition in Uli Community in Ihiala local government area of Anambra state.   IPOB Suspends Sit At Home. The Indegeous People Of Biafra IPOB yesterday made a change of heart by suspending the proposed Sit At Home Order billed to commence on the fifth of November. Recall that the Director of Publicity for the body had earlier announced that it would commence a Sit At Home strike on the fifth of this month if it's leader Mazi Nnamd Kanu is not released unconditionally on the fourth of November. According to the statement signed by its Director of Publicity Comerade Emma Powerful the body said that it has to call off the Sit At Home Order following the appeal by the elders in the South East coupled with the grave economic implications of the strike on the people.   Anambra Tribunal Strikes Out Maduka Petition. Four More May Withdraw. As Soludo , Uba Set To Inspect Materials . NKIRU NWAGBO. The Anambra governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Awka today stuck out the petition filed by the candidate of Accord party Dr Godwin Maduka. Similarly there indications that four more petitioners may withdraw their petitions against the victory if the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA following alleged internal challenges that has to do with the discrepancies between the political parties and their respective candidates. Also today the tribunal judges led by it's Chairman Hon Justice D Mohammed granted the Exparte Motions filed by Prof Charles Soludo of APGA and Sen Andy Uba of APCto inspect materials used during the November 6th governorship election in the area. Mercy Cynthia Mmesoma Obi, popularly known as Ada Jesus has died in an Abuja hospital of complications arising from kidney failure, few days after an encounter with Onitsha-based preacher, Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, alias  Odumeje , inside his church. A video surfaced recently where the 27-year-old seriously sick young lady was taken to the pastor, to whom she went to seek forgiveness for her earlier comments, suggesting that his miracles were fake.
