Mr Afam Ezenwafor, the governorship aspirant of ADC made the disclosure during a meeting of state and local government officials of the party on Wednesday in Awka.

Ezenwafor said, " I am not a money bag, but the strategies the party mapped out if followed would make ADC win the next governorship election".

He said that the party has well thought out programme which when implemented  would accelerate the development of Anambra and Nigeria.

"The party has good agricultural, infrastructural development, social re-oreintation, and others programmes ", he said.

Ezenwafor, said supporters of the party during the election would be expected to demonstrate high level of patriotism by protecting her votes and other political interests.

"We must all come together before, during and after the exercise and defend the common interest.

"Do not behave like Esau in the Bible to sell your birth rites because of a plate of porridge, certainly you will regret it at last", he said.

Mr Patrick Obianyo, State chairman of the party said, ADC has bright future in the next governorship election, saying "we are about the most peaceful and united party.

Mr Tony Uche, a chieftain of the party said they have the capcity to win November 6 poll and make  visible impact during the 2023 general elections.

Uche, a former Senatorial candidate of ADC in Anambra Central added that his experience revealed that politicians who embark on door to door campaigns do better than money bags.

"In our plan, each of the 21 executive members from the 4112 polling units in the state will get 20 additional supporters and the 20 will bring another 20, through this way we will win the election", he said
